Whereas We have taken into consideration that the reform of the supervision of the financial markets to a functionally designed supervision necessitates revision of the legislation relating to that supervision;

So it is, that We, having heard the Raad van State , and in consultation with the States-General, have approved and decreed as We hereby approve and decree:
