Act of July 21, 2007, regulating the processing of police data (Police Data Act)

All, who shall see or hear these read, salute! do know:

Whereas We have considered that it is desirable to adopt new rules for the processing of police data;

Whereas We have taken into consideration that in order to protect personal privacy with respect to such processing, it is necessary to give effect to Article 10, paragraphs 2 and 3, of the Constitution;

So it is, that We, having heard the Raad van State , and in consultation with the States-General, have approved and decreed as We hereby approve and decree:
