The controller provides police data to:
members of the openbaar ministerie to the extent they require them:
in connection with their authority or control over the police or other persons or agencies charged with the investigation of criminal offenses, or
for the performance of other duties assigned to them by or under the Act;
the mayors to the extent they require them:
in connection with their authority and control over the police, or
in the context of maintaining public order.
the controller to the extent it needs it in connection with:
conducting investigations in response to complaints, as referred to in Section 70 of the Police Act 2012 and Section 14 of the Special Investigation Services Act, or
disciplinary punishment for non-compliance with obligations or dereliction of duty, as regulated by or pursuant to section 47 of the Police Act 2012 and the regulations applicable to the appointment or employment contract of the investigating officer, referred to in section 141(d) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, or
suspension or dismissal of the officer of the Royal Military Police insofar as employed in the performance of the police duties referred to in article 4, first paragraph, subsection a, b, c, d, e, g and h of the Police Act 2012 on account of non-compliance with obligations or dereliction of duty as regulated by or pursuant to article 12 of the Defence Officers Act.
Article 15(2) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the benefits in kind referred to in paragraph (1)(c).
