Article 34 (privacy officer).

  • 1

    The controller shall appoint one or more privacy officers. The privacy officer shall advise the controller and persons working for the controller and shall oversee on behalf of the controller the processing of police data in accordance with the provisions of or under the law.

  • 2

    The privacy officer shall keep a record of the written record of the data referred to in Article 32, paragraph 1.

  • 3

    The privacy officer shall prepare an annual report of his/her findings.
