The Autoriteit persoonsgegevens, referred to in Article 6, first paragraph, of the General Data Protection Regulation (Implementation) Act, shall supervise in the European part of the Netherlands the processing of police data in accordance with the provisions of and pursuant to this Act.
Article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation Implementation Act shall apply mutatis mutandis.
