Notwithstanding Article 16(1), the controller shall provide police data to:
members of the openbaar ministerie of Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba, insofar as they need them in connection with their authority or control over the police or over other persons or agencies charged with the detection of criminal offenses, and for the performance of other duties assigned to them by or under the law;
the governor to the extent that he needs it in connection with the authority and control of the police;
Our Minister of Justice and Security, Our Minister of Defense and the Board of Procurators General to the extent they need them in connection with:
Conducting investigations in response to complaints referred to in Article 18 of the BES Security Act, or
disciplinary punishments for non-compliance with obligations or dereliction of duty as regulated by or pursuant to Section 21, second paragraph, of the Security Act BES, Section 10, fourth paragraph, of the Curaçao, St. Maarten and Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba Police Act, or Section 19 of the Coast Guard Kingdom Act for Aruba, Curaçao and St. Maarten as well as for the Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba Public Entities, or
suspension or dismissal of the officer of the Royal Military Police insofar as employed in the performance of police duties referred to in article 5, first paragraph, of the Security Act BES due to non-compliance with obligations or dereliction of duty as regulated by or pursuant to article 12 of the Civil Servants Defense Act.
Article 16, paragraph 2, applies only to the provision referred to in paragraph 1(b).
