The BES Personal Data Protection Supervisory Commission, referred to in article 44 of the BES Personal Data Protection Act, shall supervise the processing of police data in Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba in accordance with the provisions of and pursuant to this Act.
Articles 50 and 51 of the BES Personal Data Protection Act shall apply mutatis mutandis.
