Article 48 (transitional provision)

In legal procedures and legal proceedings against a decision taken under the Police Records Act on a request for knowledge, correction, addition, deletion or blocking of police data, or on an appeal to be lodged or lodged against such a decision, the rules in force before the repeal of that Act shall continue to apply, both at first instance and in further proceedings.
