Article 6a (access to police data)

  • 1

    The controller shall have access to police data processed under its control for the purpose of monitoring compliance with the provisions of or under this Act.

  • 2

    The data controller shall grant access to the police data processed under its control to the officers of the police who are entrusted with the tasks referred to in Article 1(a) to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties.

  • 3

    The controller shall grant the processor referred to in article 6c, first paragraph, and those charged with the control and supervision referred to in articles 33, 34, 35 and 36, as well as those who carry out technical work on its behalf, access to the police data processed under its control, insofar as they need it for the performance of their duties.
