On Oct. 31, 2022, the fourth Government-wide Cyber Exercise will take place. This year a new component has been added to the exercise, simultaneous co-practicing. More than 100 organizations will thus experience for themselves how to defuse a cyber crisis. Of course, like previous years, participants can also participate online (1) in this interactive cyber exercise.
The organizations that co-practiced within their own organizations were well prepared. They received a toolkit, injects, the scenario and an observation framework. All of these documents will be online after the cyber exercise so that interested parties can still conduct the exercise after Oct. 31. During the Government-wide Cyber Exercise, chairman of the day Chris van 't Hof regularly calls the local crisis teams to hear how they are doing.
Several cyber webinars were also broadcast again this year. Among others, the AIVD, VNG, Province of Gelderland, NCSC, the Police and several ministries provided a session.
