Hotel chain MGM was hit by Chinese hackers last summer. The 10.6 million personal data the cybercriminals captured in the process appeared this week on a popular forum for hackers.

The leaked data includes addresses, full names, phone numbers, emails and dates of birth . Well-known faces such as Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and singer Justin Bieber are also among the victims. According to NOS, nearly 10,000 Dutch citizens were also affected by the data leak.
MGM stressed in a response to ZDNET that no payment information or passwords were leaked. Victims of the hack do run a high risk of receiving spear-phishing emails or having their cell phone number fall victim to SIM-swapping. The list of personal data has since been removed, according to the Daily Mail newspaper.
