Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) offer great opportunities for secure data sharing, but their widespread adoption in the Dutch market is lagging behind despite a strong starting position. The Ministry of Economic Affairs, together with INNOPAY, investigated why this is the case and which preconditions and best practices would accelerate the adoption of this technology.
