Consulting firm Bureau PBLQ has published a guide on ensuring debtor privacy in early debt reporting.
The Guide to Early Warning of Debt and Protection of Personal Data is part of the National Debt Early Warning Project and offers municipalities support in developing an efective approach that takes personal data protection into account. The support is provided in the form of a reference model, which is based on how municipalities currently implement early warning and the new regulations on the protection of personal data as described in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
In addition to the reference model, the guide also provides legal explanations.
